Despite the cessation of business operations during the pandemic, Antel Land strives hard to be true to their commitment of providing a place to call home for their clients.

While the rest of the world stopped, Antel continued its construction efforts in several of its development areas so that their clients may start living the realization of their dreams from the comforts of their new homes.

A perfect testament to this commitment is the conduction of the official house blessing of their model units in Tanza, Cavite.

Last December 8, 2021, the company had their house blessing in Anyana, Bel Air West, one of their premier land developments in Cavite. This was attended by key people both from the community and the company with the likes of Tanza Mayor Yuri A. Pacumio, Vice Mayor Raymundo A. del Rosario, LPGMA Representative Cong. Allan Ty, and of course, Antel Land President, Mrs Felicitas Ong. Stockholders, sellers, and staff of Antel were also present during the event.

Antel, as a company, attributes its successes to the help and spiritual guidance of our Creator, so it was only appropriate that an important event like this was commenced by a short prayer. Adding prestige to the blessing were speeches from Hon. Mayor Pacumio and Antel Vice-President Kyle Lao. These key persons gave messages that offered inspiration both to the company, the staff, and future Antel homeowners, kicking off the blessing and viewing of each model unit.

For each model unit, a ribbon cutting was conducted by a government representative and a stockholder. Attendees also got to see a glimpse of what each of the model units holds as the priest led them inside the houses where the official blessing of the interior was conducted. 

During this part of the program, guests were introduced to Tokyo, a 2-storey house measuring a total of 107.35 square meters, set on a lot spanning 100 square meters. 

Following this was the blessing of Paris, which is the largest among the three model units. Paris gives you the romantic and sophisticated vibe of the world’s fashion capital and boasts a floor space spanning a total of 187.32 square meters.

Last but not the least was the blessing of New York, which carries the same luxury as Tokyo, only with a relatively bigger floor space of 130.35 square meters and a lot that measures 125 square meters.

Ensuring that each of the houses will be graced with the spirit of luck, the traditional coin throwing was also done for Tokyo, New York, and Paris. And to make the entire day even more special, the event was concluded with a small banquet and a COVID-19 protocol compliant open house where guests enjoyed their time leisurely in the company of some refreshments.

With the official blessing of these model units in Anyana, Bel Air West done just before the year ended, it serves as a perfect symbolism of welcoming 2022 with a property ready to become a place of comfort for its future residents. Once again, Antel Land has proven its dedication to the fruition of every Filipino’s dream of having a home that’s built for generations.
