Greetings! This is to give you the latest construction update on the development of The “A.VENUE” events mall. To date, our contractor has finished 80% of the entire mall. Aesthetic interiors and exteriors are on going and simultaneously with the landscaping. Below are the expected dates:

Our 3-storey complex will stand tall on a 6,000sqm.land, with gross leasable area of 9,000 sqm. Consisting of 4,200 sqm. of the strip mall, 3,000sqm. of the 2nd floor venue and 2,300 sqm. of the EVENTS HALL, the first, largest and only events venue in Makati City.
The tenant mix shall be:
Ground Floor : upscale bars, restaurants, trendy café’s and leisure dining
Second Floor : health and wellness, themed services
Third Floor : retail, services and exhibits
Events Hall : trade shows, concerts, product launching, weddings and other exciting events
Basement 1 & 2 : more than 400 parking spaces
It would be of interest for you to know that the Makati City Government is working on the traffic logistics for a better traffic scheme along Makati Avenue.
Also, part of the mall development is the A. Venue Residences and Hotel Suites which is 95% sold out and will definitely be in full function by 2007. Another residential development is the Antel Spa Residences which is in pre selling stage and well received by buyers. Aside from residents and commercial establishments around the area, we are expected to be frequented by guests of hotels and inns located along Makati Avenue and Burgos Streets, of which average occupancy rate is 85%.
